- Good day, I have paid for Spinnerchief 4 Ultimate but did not receive my serial number. My paypal receipt has been forwarded to [email protected]. Response from support has been slow, around 36 hours of waiting. Hope someone here can help, urgently pls. Also, I previously paid for Spinnerchief 4 Elite. Can I receive a refund since I bought the Ultimate edition? Thanks and regards
